Travel Insurance
For Cancel Any Reason and other special add ons, must be purchased online on your own within 14 days of your initial deposit. Otherwise other plans are available 3 days before departure. It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance and understand your policy. Links will be provided to you in your email.
*FLIGHTS WILL BE ARRANGED
For your convenience we will handle your flight arrangements to ensure you have transfers to the resort. If you wish to arrange your own flights please understand you'll need to meet us in KUL (Malaysia airport) at 10 a.m. on July 7, 2027 or your transportation to the hotel will be at your own expense.
POLICIES
Register your name as it appears on your passport that will be used to check-in at the airport. After submission you'll be directed to reservation form to fill out to ensure proper spelling of names and dates of birth.
Payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreement with hotel, transportation, suppliers and to cover administrative cost and services rendered in producing this booking.
Payments are non-transferable to another person already taking the trip nor for a different trip, however, name changes are allowed for a $50 name change fee.
Travel Insurance must be purchased online on your own within 14 days of your initial deposit for pre-existing conditions or cancel for any reason.
Otherwise other plans are available 3 days before departure. It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance and understand your policy.
The payment schedule is provided as a convenience, failure to follow the schedule may result in cancellation of your reservation and you will forfeit all payments made. No refunds due to contractual agreement with hotel, transportation, suppliers and to cover administrative cost and services rendered in producing this booking.
Final payment not received by the FINAL payment date of FEB 18, 2024 will result in a late fee of $100 starting 7 days from the due date. All late final payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline is put on your account. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
